What We Cater
The Philosophy
For over a decade, Riaz Catering has carried Afghan hospitality into the Greater Toronto Area's most discerning kitchens. Every kebab, dumpling, and grain of rice is prepared under strict 100% Halal standards, then plated with the restraint of a tasting menu — because a wedding deserves the same craft as a Michelin table.
Kind Words
Our guests still ask about the mantu. Riaz ran the entire evening so smoothly we forgot we'd hired anyone at all.
Michelin-level plating for a corporate dinner. Every course landed on time, every dietary request honoured.
The Kabuli Palaw alone was worth the booking. Halal, elegant, and genuinely unforgettable.
